We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $180 AUD.

We ship worldwide using DHL Express, ensuring your O&P pieces arrive quickly and securely.

We offer free international shipping on orders over $280 AUD.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 days for us to carefully pack and process your order. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive your tracking details via email.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers, please note:

You may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees when your order arrives in your country.
These fees are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Fees vary depending on your location — we recommend checking with your local customs office or DHL office for more information.

If you refuse to pay these fees and your parcel is returned to us, we will refund your order (excluding all shipping fees).

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues

Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier. While this is rare, Odysseus & Penelope cannot be held responsible for:

Lost parcels
Stolen parcels
Parcels damaged during delivery

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking and contacting Australia Post (for domestic orders) or DHL Express (for international orders) directly if there are any issues.

Returns & Exchangers

We want you to feel confident shopping with us, so we offer an easy 14-day return and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags, and returned in original packaging. Swimwear must have hygiene labels attached.
Items marked by makeup, perfume, tan, or similar marks can't be accepted.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email orders@odysseusandpenelope.com within 14 days with your order number, items you'd like to return or exchange, and the new size if exchanging.

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. We'll send you a confirmation email once completed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Email orders@odysseusandpenelope.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll quickly resolve the issue.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable but may be exchanged if your preferred size is available.
